Running Program - Set 3 months
A 3 month program that will be tailored to your work/life for $200, to get you from "where you are now" to "where you want to be" - using information you provide to me about your running history and current schedule and goals - a fixed schedule sent as a pdf to your email. This program can work toward either a race goal or distance/time goals. I would also be available via email to support you if you have any questions about the program. A more economical and independent, however still personal approach to achieving your goals.
