About Kate

As a coach I specialise in personalising your running program to your life, from beginners wishing to run their first 5k to more experienced distance runners wanting to set their next PB at 10k, half marathon or marathon distances - I aim to systematically get you to the start line in peak running form and injury free.

Running programs should not be a "one size fits all". We all have different needs, including work, family, other responsibilities as well as responses to training, volume and running strengths, weaknesses and preferences. I will work closely with you to make sure your program is challenging, however realistic for your life and goals.
